We hope you had a fun time on July 4th at the Family Zone site at the Neville Public Museum!
Everything you experienced at the Family Zone was provided free-of-charge to you by people who care about you and wanted you to have a great time. Please check out all of our partners (listed at right) who helped make this event a huge success. Also take the time to look at the pictures of the event. Who knows, maybe you’ll see yourself having fun in one of them!
We’re glad you had fun, but there is a greater purpose to the Family Zone than just concerts, inflatables, games, and popcorn. It was our goal to let you know that you are loved and that there are churches in Green Bay who care about you and would welcome you in. Most importantly we wanted you to now that God loves you and you’re very important to Him.
The Bible says you are so valuable to God that he allowed his son, Jesus, to come to this earth and die for all your mistakes. Not only did he die for our mistakes, but it goes on to say that if we invite him into our lives, he applies that forgiveness to all your past mistakes. (John 3:16) Now I’m not talking about religion; because you’ve probably already experienced that and it doesn’t work (plus it’s not fun). What I’m talking about is a relationship with God. It’s not any more difficult than a relationship with a friend—AND it’s much more fun. I’m talking about a relationship with God that applies to your everyday life. It’s so easy to get this relationship started—All you have to do is ask!
How do I do that?
You don’t have to be a prayer expert, if that’s what you’re wondering. It’s simple, let me help you today. If you want to start a relationship with God today, speak this prayer right where you are…
God, I want a relationship with you,
I’m asking you to forgive all my mistakes,
Help me forgive myself as well,
Help me live for you from this day forward,
